All services are subject to a separate engagement agreement or proposal agreed upon between OpsFreedom and the client.

2. No Guarantee of Results

While we work diligently to deliver value, OpsFreedom does not guarantee specific business outcomes. Results vary depending on the client's business, team, and implementation of recommendations.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and frameworks — is the intellectual property of OpsFreedom and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Any frameworks, templates, or materials provided during an engagement remain the intellectual property of OpsFreedom unless explicitly transferred in writing.

5. Payment Terms

• Invoices are due within 7 days of issue.
• Late payments may incur a delay in service delivery.
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

OpsFreedom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
